I think there is a stack limit to how percentage to how much longer your enchants last with mods and skills. Probably caps at 50%.

Haha just saw some one selling +20% Grip for 20 ECTO. LMAO.

2x19 % is just as good as 2x20%

19%x119% = 22.61+119 = 141.61
20%x120% = 24 + 120 = 144

Things like Balthzar's Aura still does 14 hits either way.
